Frequently Asked Questions
I registered but can't find my documents
Make sure you're entering the exact email address you used when registering - a typo or a second email address (like a personal Gmail instead of your institute address) is the most common cause. If you're still stuck, try the "Search by Name" option - just start typing, no need for your full name - or scan your printed ID card's QR code. Still nothing? Email p24ph0201@iitj.ac.in or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you download it directly.
How does Search by Name work?
Click "Search by Name" and start typing - a first name, surname, or just a few letters is enough. A list of matching people appears as you type; click yourself in the list and your documents show up immediately. No need to get the spelling, spacing, or title exactly right.
My name is spelled differently on my card / certificate
Search by Name will usually still find you even with a missing initial, abbreviated title, or minor spelling difference, since it matches on partial text. If it genuinely doesn't turn up, email us at sophyc26west@iitj.ac.in and we'll correct it.
I don't have an email on file (invited speakers / volunteers)
Use "Search by Name" - start typing and pick yourself from the suggestions. This covers everyone whose documents weren't linked to a registration email.
How do I know a certificate is genuine?
Every certificate carries a QR code and a Verification ID in the bottom corner. Anyone - including employers or institutions - can confirm it's authentic on our certificate verification page.
I won an award - where's my award certificate?
Award certificates appear alongside your regular participation certificate when you search your registered email or name above.
Something on my certificate or receipt is wrong
Contact the CDCPB 2026 convener office at sophyc26west@iitj.ac.in (cc: p24ph0201@iitj.ac.in) with your registered email and a description of the issue, and we'll get it corrected.
